MOGA is an independent, non-partisan civic technology platform operated by Make Our Government Accountable, LLC. MOGA is intended solely for educational, advocacy, and civic transparency purposes.

Official Government Disclaimer: MOGA is NOT an official government agency, election authority, or legislative body, nor is it affiliated with or endorsed by Congress.gov, the U.S. Congress, or any state or local election board. Participating in shadow-voting or verification on MOGA does NOT constitute official voter registration, cast an official ballot in any government election, or confer any official legal status.

Prohibition of Automated Systems: The use of bots, scripts, automated web scrapers, or software to manipulate vote tallies or simulate user activity is strictly forbidden.

Account Suspension for Automated Activity: Bots and other automated systems are forbidden under these Terms. MOGA reserves the right to suspend or block access to accounts, IP addresses, or addresses found to be used for bot-like or malicious behavior.

Prohibition of Scraping, Harvesting & Mirroring: You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, deep link, or other automated data gathering or extraction tools, programs, algorithms, or methodologies to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of MOGA. This includes strictly prohibiting the extraction of legislative feeds, public sentiment data, and user interface designs for the purpose of creating a competing product, training machine learning models, or unauthorized syndication. You may not frame, mirror, or otherwise simulate the appearance or function of this website.

Community Sentiment: Open to general site visitors for informal feedback. Results represent general public interest and are not compiled into official constituent legislative briefs.

Verified Voter Sentiment: Reserved strictly for users who pass our Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) residential verification. These results are compiled as high-integrity constituent data and reported to relevant elected officials.

Patent Pending Notice: The systems, methodologies, and cryptographic authentication workflows powering MOGA—specifically including the Shadow Voting mechanism and our "One Person, One Address, One Vote" verification architecture—are the subject of pending U.S. patent applications, including U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 64/115,182. Make Our Government Accountable, LLC actively monitors for infringement and will aggressively enforce its patent rights against any unauthorized replication, reverse engineering, or derivative use of our proprietary technology.

The software, source code, visual designs, cryptographic hashing architecture, logos, and trademarks on MOGA are the exclusive property of Make Our Government Accountable, LLC.

While your individual vote choices remain completely decoupled and anonymized under our cryptographic protocol, you grant MOGA a perpetual, royalty-free license to aggregate, publish, distribute, and transmit anonymized district-level voting tallies and statistical summaries to elected officials, public media, and civic researchers.

Restrictions on Use and Reverse Engineering: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on MOGA's platform, visual designs (UI/UX), or underlying logic. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, cryptographic hashing architecture, or Shadow Voting mechanisms of the platform. Any unauthorized reproduction or adaptation of MOGA’s functionality is a direct violation of our intellectual property rights and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
